What is the CX Conference?
The Customer Experience Conference is an annual virtual event organized by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). The first conference took place in 2014 and has been running for several years.
The CX Conference is nominal to attend and open to anyone who wants to learn more about customer experience strategy and best practices. There are no physical locations or registration fees associated with the event. Instead, you will watch webinars online via live stream or recorded video later on if you miss one of them during its live broadcast time frame.
How does it work?
One of the most exciting parts of the event is that you can listen to the audio recordings of each session or watch them on a live stream. You can also download the audio files—this way, you can listen to them anywhere you want, even when there’s no WiFi!
You can choose which sessions best suit your needs: if you’re looking for helpful tips and tricks, choose from the session categories (such as “UX Design,” “Customer Service,” etc.). Or are you looking for more advanced information on specific topics? Just click on “Conference Archives” in the menu bar (or click here) and find what works best for you.
If watching videos isn’t your thing, but being surrounded by like-minded professionals sounds appealing, it is recommended that you attend one of the conferences in person! The whole point is that everyone gets together to share what works well at the companies—and learn about new ideas from each other.

Registration is free and easy. If you’re a customer, fill out this form to register your account with us. Once registered, you can log into the website using your email address and password—the same as how you log into your bank’s website or any other site that requires authentication via email address.
Once logged in, check out the videos from previous conferences (there are more than 100!) until it’s time for the next one! You can search by discussion or topic too. You’ll also see all sorts of information about what happens at each conference: who spoke; what was covered; who attended; etc., as well as photos from past events so that you can see what it looks like when 1,000-plus people gather together online for an epic conversation about CX!
How long does it last?
The event lasts for the duration of the conference. You’ll be able to connect with other attendees throughout the event and engage in one-on-one conversations with speakers and experts on various customer experience topics.
The conference takes place online via live webinar sessions so that you can participate from anywhere worldwide.
The conference starts with a welcome session on the first day, followed by three speakers and sessions to help you learn more about customer experience. There are also networking events at the end of each day where you can connect with other attendees in person if your schedule allows it.
